The team
Legal transcription specialists who each passed a formatting and punctuation test and a timed audio sample before their first file, completed a structured orientation, and worked supervised files with a full-audio review and a redline on every job until their measured error rate earned self-proofing status. Reviewers are promoted from that pool.

Our working standard is published in full on the Our Standard page: two passes against the audio, verification of every name and citation, formatting to the governing order, and a delivery note for anything unresolved.
